What We Do

When you call PETRA, you speak with trained specialists who understand both Frontier's and Optimum's product lineups. We check which providers serve your address, compare plans side by side, and help you make an informed decision. Once you've chosen, we coordinate installation directly with the provider.

What We Are Not

PETRA LLC is not Optimum, Altice USA, Frontier Communications, or any of their subsidiaries. We are not an official website for any provider. We do not set provider pricing, control service availability, or handle billing or technical support after installation. Those functions are managed directly by the respective provider.

We are an independent business that earns compensation by connecting customers with provider services through the PerfectVision authorized retailer program.
