The Site is operated by PETRA LLC, an independently owned and operated business that is an Authorized Reseller of Optimum products and services and an Authorized Sales Agent of Frontier products and services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

PETRA LLC provides information about Frontier and Optimum internet, TV, and mobile services and facilitates customer enrollment in those services. We act as an intermediary between you and the provider you choose.

Important: PETRA LLC does not provide telecommunications services directly. All internet, TV, and mobile services are provided by the respective provider (Frontier Communications or Optimum/Altice USA). Once your service is activated, your relationship regarding service delivery, billing, technical support, and account management is directly with that provider and is governed by their terms and conditions.

PETRA LLC operates under the PerfectVision master dealer program. PETRA LLC is not Optimum, Altice USA, Frontier Communications, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

3. Pricing and Availability

Pricing information displayed on this Site reflects each provider's published rates at the time of posting and may require enrollment in AutoPay and/or paperless billing to obtain the advertised price. All pricing is subject to change by the respective provider without notice to PETRA LLC.

Service availability varies by geographic location and provider. Not all plans, speeds, or providers shown on this Site may be available at your address. Our representatives will verify availability during your consultation.

Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to: equipment rental fees, installation fees, taxes, and regulatory surcharges. These fees are set by the respective provider, not by PETRA LLC.

4. No Additional Fees

PETRA LLC does not charge you any fees for using this Site or for connecting you with provider services. PETRA LLC receives compensation from PerfectVision for successful customer enrollments. This compensation does not increase the price you pay for services.

5. Intellectual Property

"Optimum" and related marks are trademarks of Altice USA, Inc. and/or its affiliates. "Frontier" and related marks are trademarks of Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. and/or its affiliates. PETRA LLC uses these marks under its authorizations as an Authorized Reseller and Authorized Sales Agent respectively. All other content on this Site is the property of PETRA LLC or its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

PETRA LLC provides this Site and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information on this Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PETRA LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site, your reliance on any information provided, or your enrollment in provider services facilitated through this Site.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, or use any automated system to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce.

9. Governing Law
